Niagara is best known for culinary arts, hospitality and tourism, winery and brewing programmes at its Niagara-on-the-Lake campus, and for technology and engineering programmes in Welland. It has ranked among the top 10 Canadian colleges for research funding for 10 years in a row, according to Research InfoSource.

Indian students look at Niagara for graduate certificates in data analytics, cybersecurity and supply chain management, three-year co-op advanced diplomas in computing, engineering and business, and its hospitality and culinary programmes.
