How it works
- Step 1
Pick a desk
Study abroad, MBBS abroad, IELTS and PTE, or online degrees.
- Step 2
Enter your mobile number
So the counsellor can reach you. Add your email if you'd like a summary afterwards.
- Step 3
Talk to your counsellor
They send a video link on WhatsApp or call you, usually within minutes when the desk is free.
Keep these handy
- Class 10 and 12 mark sheets (and degree marks)
- IELTS, PTE or NEET scores, if you have them
- Your rough budget for the full course
- Questions you'd like answered
Questions about the virtual office
Is the virtual office free?
Yes. Talking to a counsellor in the virtual office is free and you don't have to apply through us afterwards.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The counsellor sends a video link that opens in your browser or the meeting app, or simply calls your phone if you prefer.
What if the office is closed?
Leave your number and the first free counsellor calls you after we open, or pick an exact time on the booking calendar.
Can my parents join?
Of course. Many families join together, especially for MBBS abroad and study abroad budgets. Tell the counsellor when they connect.
How is this different from booking a consultation?
The virtual office is for a conversation now, with whoever is free at the desk. Booking reserves a fixed date and time with a counsellor.
