About visa interview practice

Which interviews can I practise?

The UK credibility interview, Australia's Genuine Student questions and the German student visa interview. More countries will follow.

Are these the real questions officers ask?

Officers' question lists are not published. Our questions cover the topics the official guidance says officers look at (your course and university, money, study and career plans, ties to India and your immigration history), plus questions students commonly report from real interviews, written in our own words. Real interviews can differ. If you have had your interview, you can share the questions you were asked to help the next students.

What do the officer styles change?

A friendly officer gives you 2 minutes a question. A strict one gives 90 seconds, asks more tough questions and follows up when an answer is vague. One in a hurry gives 60 seconds and wants short, direct answers.

Can I get feedback in English instead of Hinglish?

Yes. Pick Hinglish or English before you start. Questions and your answers are always in English, as in the real interview.

Is my voice or answer saved?

No. Your answers are used only to give feedback. If you send your report to a counsellor, only your scores and feedback are sent, never your answers or your voice. Voice typing is done by your browser.

Does a high score mean I will get the visa?

No. This is a practice tool, not a visa decision, and it is not linked to any embassy or government. Use it to prepare, and keep your documents and answers consistent.
