It offers certificates, diplomas, trades training and degrees, some in partnership with the University of Alberta and NAIT.

For Indian students, Keyano's main draws are the Practical Nurse diploma, the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (with the University of Alberta), the Social Work diploma, Environmental Technology and university transfer routes into commerce and engineering.
