About the university

York St John University is a public university in the centre of York, in the north of England. It opened in 1841 as a college for training schoolteachers and became York St John University in 2006. It gained research degree awarding powers in 2015 and opened a London campus in 2018.

Indian students look at York St John mainly for one-year Masters with low fees: most international Masters cost £12,000 for September 2027 entry, and many add an optional Professional Experience year. Computing, data science, AI, project management, public health and healthcare management Masters are taught at the London campus. The MBA runs in both York and London.

York St John says applications from India are accepted only through its approved partner in India, so check the India section of its entry requirements page before applying.
