About the university
Walbrook Institute London is the new name of The London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF), a specialist in banking, finance and business education founded in 1879 by banking professionals in the City of London. It has held Taught Degree Awarding Powers since 2010 and teaches on-campus degrees from two buildings near Monument, in the heart of the City.
Indian students look at Walbrook for an 18-month MSc in Business and Management or an MBA in London, with options in artificial intelligence or banking and finance, and for finance degrees taught next to the City's banks. Fees are lower than at many London universities, and Walbrook offers scholarships of up to £4,000 for paying in full. It also runs online degrees, which do not lead to a Student visa.
