About the university
NCG is a group of seven further education colleges in Newcastle, Carlisle, Kidderminster, London and West Lancashire, whose higher education awards are made by NCG itself. International students study its degrees at Newcastle College University Centre (NCUC), mostly at the Rye Hill campus in Newcastle upon Tyne. NCUC lists about 30 degrees for international students, many of them one-year top-up degrees for students who already hold a diploma or foundation degree.
For Indian students, NCUC's main draw is cost: in 2026/27 the international fee was £13,200 a year for foundation, bachelor's, top-up and master's degrees, with an automatic £1,500 scholarship on degree-level courses.
