About the university
Health Sciences University (HSU) is a specialist health university based in Bournemouth, with a campus in central London. It began in 1965 as the first chiropractic training provider in Europe, was known as AECC University College, and took its current name in August 2024, when the University College of Osteopathy joined it as the UCO School of Osteopathy.
HSU teaches chiropractic, osteopathy, radiography, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry, dietetics, speech and language therapy, sport rehabilitation and healthcare management. For Indian graduates the main draw is the two-year pre-registration master's courses, which lead to the professional registration needed to work in these fields in the UK. Most international fees for 2026/27 are £17,684 a year.
