About the university
The New Zealand College of Chinese Medicine (NZCCM) is a private tertiary provider in Auckland, established in 2003 and approved by NZQA. It teaches acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and massage, from Level 5 and 6 massage diplomas to a Bachelor of Health Science and a Level 9 Master of Chinese Medicine.
The college takes international students on a student visa and publishes separate international fees for 2027. Full-time international students must attend on-campus classes for at least 20 hours a week. It suits Indian students who want a career in acupuncture or traditional Chinese medicine practice rather than a general health degree.
