About the university

Global College Malta is a private college offering business, management, finance, tourism, health-management and IT-for-business programmes. It is licensed by the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority (MFHEA) as a further and higher education institution, and describes its degrees as European-accredited.

Its range runs from short awards and undergraduate diplomas to bachelor's degrees (for example BA in Management, BA in Marketing, BA in Tourism and Events Management, BA in Accounting and Finance, BA Information Technology for Business and BA in Management with Psychology), master's degrees (MBA, MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, MSc Management, MSc in Marketing Management, MSc in Management with Human Resources, MSc in Tourism and Events Management, MSc in Health and Social Care Management) and a DBA.

A distinctive feature is the number of start dates: the MSc Management, for instance, starts in most months of the year, which can help students who miss a September intake elsewhere. Classes may run in the day or evening, and master's degrees are 90 ECTS over about 12 months full time.

For Indian students, GCM is a lower-cost, flexible option in Malta, mainly for business and management. Because it is a small private college, check carefully which body awards each degree, how it is recognised in India and by employers you are targeting, and whether the course meets Malta's study-visa rules (a full-time course at MQF level 5 or above). Ask for each programme's full international fee in writing.
