About the university

St. Clair College is a public college in Windsor, Ontario, with its main campus on Talbot Road West, several sites in downtown Windsor and a smaller campus in Chatham, about 45 minutes away. The main campus offers over 100 programmes in health sciences, community studies, engineering technology and skilled trades, and business and IT.

Windsor sits on the Detroit River opposite Detroit, and St. Clair describes it as Canada's international gateway to the United States. The region's car industry shows in programmes such as Cybersecurity – Automobility and Electromechanical Engineering Technology – Robotics.

Indian students mostly choose St. Clair's graduate certificates in predictive data analytics, cyber security and supply chain management, and its diplomas in computer programming and networking. First-year international fees are about CAD 20,100 for most programmes, and St. Clair suggests most students budget CAD 25,000–30,000 a year to study and live in Windsor or Chatham-Kent.

St. Clair lists which of its programmes are PGWP-aligned. A programme on that list is not a guarantee of a work permit, so check IRCC's current rules and our Canada guide before you apply.
