About New Brunswick College of Craft and Design
The New Brunswick College of Craft and Design (NBCCD) is a small public college in downtown Fredericton that teaches visual arts, craft and design. Most students start with the one-year Foundation Visual Arts certificate and then take a studio diploma in areas such as graphic design, 3D digital design, photography and videography, fashion design, textile design, jewellery and metal arts, or ceramics. NBCCD has articulation agreements that let graduates carry credits into bachelor's degrees at other Canadian universities.
For Indian students looking for an affordable hands-on design route, international tuition is CAD 10,261 a year in 2026/27 for every programme, with studio fees on top. Entry is by portfolio, and there is only a September intake. NBCCD has no on-campus housing.
