About the university
Cégep Garneau is a large public CEGEP in Quebec City, in higher education since 1969, with about 6,500 regular students. It offers two-year pre-university DECs and three-year technical DECs. All teaching is in French.
For students from outside France, the international page lists four technical DECs: Optique et lunetterie (opticianry), Techniques de la documentation, Gestion des opérations et de la chaîne logistique, and Techniques de l'informatique. The college publishes 2026-27 international tuition by Quebec programme group (CAD 7,575, 9,805 or 11,740 per session) but does not say which group each programme belongs to, so we do not list course fees here; ask the college for the fee for your programme.
