About the university
Carlton Trail College is a regional college in east-central Saskatchewan, established in 1973. Its main offices are in Humboldt, with campuses in Watrous and Wynyard and the Four Winds Learning Centre in Punnichy. It offers certificates, skills training, academic upgrading and English language training for more than 100 small communities.
For international students the choice is narrow: in 2026-27 it offers only healthcare and early childhood education, as a Continuing Care Assistant certificate and an Early Childhood Education diploma at the Humboldt campus. International applications go through Saskatchewan Colleges, not the college directly.
