About the university
The University of Divinity is a specialist university for theology, ministry and philosophy, founded in 1910 as the Melbourne College of Divinity. It is made up of twelve theological colleges, such as Catholic Theological College, Trinity College Theological School and Whitley College, supported by churches and religious orders. Overseas students apply through, and are taught by, one of these colleges.
