About the university
TAFE NSW is the New South Wales Government's technical and further education provider, with more than 30 locations across the state. For international students it offers vocational certificates, diplomas and advanced diplomas, its own bachelor's degrees (business, applied commerce, IT, early childhood, design and more) and English courses. Ultimo, in central Sydney, hosts many of its international courses, and the IT degrees are taught at Meadowbank.
Indian students look at TAFE NSW for practical, lower-cost routes into nursing, early childhood, cookery and hospitality, engineering and IT, often as a pathway to a university degree. As a public provider it is not in world university rankings. Fees below come from TAFE NSW's 2027 International Student Guide; course pages show a fee range, so check the fee for your start date.
