About the university
The Higher Education Leadership Institute (HELI) is a small private provider of postgraduate courses in research, eLearning and higher education teaching. Its website describes flexible online study, but online delivery is for domestic students only. International students study face to face at its campus in Docklands, Melbourne.
Indian students who want a research-focused master's before a PhD may look at HELI's Master of Research and Graduate Certificate in Research Methods. The Master of eLearning is no longer taking applications. HELI is not in world university rankings, and its pages do not give a founding year.
