The TOEFL iBT examination assesses your ability to use and comprehend English at the university level. It assesses how well you use your reading, listening, speaking, and writing abilities to complete academic tasks. TOEFL is administered by the Educational Testing Service (ETS) and is widely accepted by over 11,500 universities and academic institutions in over 106 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Canada, Australia, and other Asian and European countries. It is popular in both English-speaking and non-English-speaking countries.
Why take the test?
Over 80% of Canadian graduate programmes prefer the TOEFL test. It is also accepted by all UK universities, including the Russell Group. It also provides a free service that matches you with universities based on the criteria you enter in your profile, increasing your chances of receiving information about programmes, financial aid, fellowships, and other educational opportunities.
