About Test

The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) is an admissions test used worldwide to screen graduate school applicants in a variety of arts and sciences disciplines. It is a standardised international level test that is accepted for admission to many graduate schools around the world. Students interested in pursuing master's or doctoral degrees can take the GRE exam. It is available in two formats: general and subject test.

Why take the test?

The GRE is designed to assess verbal and quantitative reasoning skills, as well as critical thinking and analytical writing abilities. The GRE assumes English fluency, but its verbal reasoning sections prioritise efficient reading and understanding words in context over memorization. Thousands of graduate and business schools accept the GRE. A GRE score can range from being merely formal to being one of the most important factors in graduate school admissions. The importance of GRE scores varies greatly between schools and even departments within schools. When applicants' other credentials are lacking, high GRE scores are especially important.

Students should have cleared undergraduation before applying for admission. GRE scores would not be valid if the aspirant does not clear undergrdauation.
